The German-Swiss Association for the Properties of Water and Steam (GSAPWS) has announced that the 2027 IAPWS Annual Meeting will be held in Potsdam, Germany from 5 - 10 September 2027.
Advancing global knowledge of water, steam, and aqueous systems through international collaboration, while freely sharing critical scientific insights that drive industrial innovation and research excellence.
The 2026 IAPWS Annual Meeting in Bristol was a great success, with over 140 attendees representing 19 countries. It was a productive week, with the highlights and meeting minutes now available. Thank you to BIAPWS for excellent hosting!
Interested individuals, whether or not they reside in a member country of IAPWS, are welcome to participate in the various IAPWS Working Groups.
Current Members are Australia, Britain and Ireland, Canada, Czechia, Germany and Switzerland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Nordic IAPWS (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden), and the United States, plus Associate Members Argentina & Brazil, China, Egypt, France, Greece, India, Israel, and the Netherlands.
