The developers of the IAPWS Formulation 1995 for the Thermodynamic Properties of Ordinary Water Substance for General and Scientific Use (IAPWS-95) have made available the compilation of experimental data used to develop IAPWS-95.

You can download the data in the form of

If you "Extract" the contents of the zip file into a directory,
you will recover the complete directory structure of the data files.
