IAPWS meets annually and holds International Conferences on the Properties of Water and Steam at approximately four-year intervals.

The 2013 meeting is also the 16th International Conference on the Properties of Water and Steam which will be held at the University of Greenwich, London, United Kingdom, 1-5 September 2013.

The 15th International Conference on the Properties of Water and Steam was held in Berlin, Germany, September 7-11, 2008. The Conference Proceedings are available.

The 14th International Conference on the Properties of Water and Steam, was held in Kyoto, Japan, August 29 - September 3, 2004.
Proceedings of the conference have been published as Water, Steam and Aqueous Solutions for Electric Power: Advances in Science and Technology, Proceedings of the 14th International Conference on the Properties of Water and Steam, Eds.
